Each week, a group of like-minded individuals meet at our meditation center for a 20 minute session of meditation and 40 minutes of class and sharing.
Every month, there is a new topic to explore and learn at our meditation center. The workshops are interactive and includes a meditation component as well.
The basic course preps the individuals to commit for a weekly spiritual practice and understand the BK teachings better. This is a preliminary course to join our weekly meditation classes.
First Tuesday of every month, like-minded individuals gather to meditate in our quiet space. Live guided meditation and gentle soothing music is offered for both beginners and meditators. No yoga mats required.
Our meditation center holds classes at various libraries, community centers, yoga studios, corporate companies and more on a regular basis.
